Each summer, BVG’s Reach Ministry partners with the Modesto Gospel Mission (MGM) and our church family to provide new shoes for disadvantaged students.

Our BVG church family buys new shoes during the month of July and brings them to Modesto and Ceres campuses. On the weekends of July 6/7, 13/14, and 20/21, you can bring NEW shoes to any of the gatherings on either campus.

At the end of July, Modesto Gospel Mission holds a back-to-school event to distribute the shoes. Volunteers not only get to distribute shoes, but also pray with families and share the love of Jesus.

You can get involved by bringing NEW shoes and by signing up to serve at Modesto Gospel Mission’s annual back-to-school event on July 27.
