Independence Day Neighborhood Meetup

The Fourth of July is a great opportunity to meet up with neighbors! Choose a time that works for you and invite some of your neighbors to bring a lawn chair and drop by with their family!

ACTIVITY IDEAS

– FIREWORKS: This is a great chance to invite your neighbors over for some fireworks! Sparklers for the kids, some fountain fireworks on a ladder, this is a recipe for some great “get to know you” time! Good chance some other neighbors might wander out to join you too!

– PORCH/DRIVEWAY HANGOUT:  If earlier in the day, invite your neighbors over for a casual front yard tailgate! Enjoy some outdoor or lawn games, serve up some patriotic snacks, have some good music playing, some hotdogs or s’mores on a portable grill, or even let the kids run through the sprinklers!
